Jamaican Gospel Reggae Artiste Nicholas Eccleston, more popularly known as DJ Nicholas was born on October 29, 1980 in Kingston, Jamaica. Nicholas has grown to become one of the leading Caribbean Gospel Artist.  In his teenage years searching for truth, he became a marijuana smoker, very rebellious and immersed in the Rastafarian Religion. His life was shortly after changed by a scripture from Acts 4:12. He is now a passionate follower of Jesus Christ.
Nicholas performs in the USA where he now resides; he performed with Deitrick Haddon on BET Celebration of Gospel 2016, one of the nations most prestigious Gospel platforms. He has also performed in the UK, Canada and over 25 countries in the Caribbean region. He has shared stages with TD Jakes, Shirley Caesar, Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, Tye Tribette, Erica Campbell, and Tamela Mann among others.
Nicholas is featured on Deitrick Haddon’s most recent album entitled Masterpiece, which was released on November 6th 2015 and peaked number one on the Gospel Billboard Charts.  Nicholas is also featured on Papa San’s One Blood Album; the album features Lecrae, Da Truth, Fred Hammond and Israel Haughton among others. Some of Nicholas’ popular songs are Holy Ghost Church, Things Already Better, Naa Bow, Holy Ghost Gym and Cut It Off to name a few.

He’s a multi award winning Caribbean artiste, which includes the YVA Awards Gospel Artiste Of The Year 2011 - 2013 consecutively in Kingston Jamaica, 'The Atlanta Caribbean Gospel Awards 2012’ for 'Album Of The Year', 'Caribbean Artiste Of The Year' at the 'Holy Hip Hop Awards' 2012, along with several Marlin Awards just to list a few. He has been interviewed on BBC Radio U.K. and Atlanta Live TV in the USA. Performed on most premier Caribbean Gospel events including Fun in the Son Jamaica, Barbados Gospel Fest, St. Vincent Gospel Fest, St. Lucia Jazz Fest and more

Nicholas has so far released three albums; on October 29, 2011 he released ‘School Of Volume.’  This album launch in Jamaica pulled thousands of patrons. He received number one music video on CVM TV Hit List (Jamaica) September 09 and RETV for the music video ‘Holy Ghost Gym.’ He’s now ready to launch his fourth album titled “The Audiologist”, which is in the final stages of production. He believes this album will be the most dynamic.
Nicholas is a director of a recording studio and booking agency called 'On The Shout Records’ (www.ontheshout.com). He is also the co-founder of ‘On The Shout Band’, co-founder of 'CGOM Services' (www.cgomservices.com), which produces a digital and printed magazine among other services. He is co-founder with Kevin Smith (founder) of 'A Betta Tomorrow' (www.abettatomorrow.com), an outreach traveling across Jamaica, souls have been saved and lives changed through this event.

He's the husband of one wife Sandra Eccleston and father of two lovely kids Malachi and Naomi. He is a deacon at New Life Assembly of God; he now fellowships at Victory Place International in Sunrise Florida. This is the beginning; DJ Nicholas would love you to be a part of his ministry.
